What we collect
When you use the chat assistant, the contact form or book a call, we collect what you share with us: your name, contact details and your messages. For the chat, we also keep the conversation and basic technical information (the page you were on and your browser type). We store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, to prevent abuse.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and discuss your project. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The chat assistant is powered by AI: your messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. We also rely on trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, email, notifications, scheduling and anonymous site analytics. They process data only on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete anything you've shared by emailing info@orbiklabs.com.
